Warranty Repair Notice.
When returning any product for warranty repair or replacement be sure to include your warranty card, name, address, phone number and a brief note describing the problem along with the product, if you do not have a warranty card a copy of your sales invoice identifying the date of sale and the item will be accepted.

It is important that adequate protection be provided for decoder and other hardware, we cannot warrant damage from the postal service, particular attention should be paid to the pins on the NMRA plugs these MUST be protected as they will be flattened by the postal sorters.

Registration of systems.
All PowerCab, ProCab and Boosters systems are supplied with a registration card inside the manual or in the box. it is important that you fill out this form to provide proof of purchase in the future for warranty or repairs, this is of particular importance in the future were repairs may be required as your dealers memory and your records may not stretch that far.

Your registration card will be entered onto our data base so that when a upgrades are required we can contact our registered customers and for finding a record for that system purchased years ago.

Warranty Card's as proof of sale.
All product sold by NCE in Australia is supplied with warranty card, this card is all you need to return if your dealer dates and signs the card, so ask at the time of purchase, this card also carries ModelFXs.com Pty. Ltd CTick number as required by Australian Regulations.

All major hardware such as systems and throttles carry a CTick sticker affixed to the body if its not there its not ours, if in doubt ask. ModelFXs.com Pty. Ltd will NOT warrant any equipment not sold by one of its authorized agents.

Authorized repairs.
Were a repair is required after warranty simply contact ModelFxs.com, return the hardware and we will investigate the problem, once we are sure of what is required you will be contacted and advised of the costs, there is no charge for this service.

Non authorized repairs.
ModelFXs.com Pty. Ltd will repair NCE hardware not sold by one of its authorized agents but a surcharge will be applied to diagnose the hardware plus the cost for hardware, this fee applies regardless if repairs are effected or required, this dose not apply to hardware purchased thru authorized agents of ModelFXs.com Pty.
